• 10 Years of schooling (Matric/FA/F.Sc.)
• 03 Years Diploma in Nursing
• 01 Year Diploma in Midwifery or any Post Basic Specialty diploma registered with PNMC.
• 01-year experience as RN for admission in Post RN BSN/BSM Degree.
• 02 Years Post RN BSN/BSM Degree program as specified by PNC and HEC vide Notification No. 8(61)/A&A/2018/HEC/5799, dated 26.04.2018 and registered with PNMC.
• 01 Year experience as RN after Post RN BSN (clinical includes inpatient and outpatient in primary and tertiary care, as well as teaching and research) for admission in MSN degree

• 12 Years schooling (Matric + FSc Pre Medical)
• 04 Year Generic BSN Nursing Degree registered with PNMC.
• 01-year internship (bedside care)
• 01-year experience as RN after GBSN (clinical includes inpatient and outpatient in primary and tertiary care) (excluding 01-year Internship) for admission in MSN.

• BDS
• DPT
• Pharm-D
• DVM
• BSC Paramedics-4 years
• BS in Social Sciences (Sociology/Psychology/Anthropology)
• BS in Environmental Sciences
• BS and equivalent/Nutrition

• The application form along with challan form can be obtained from Sindh Bank, VIP Road branch Larkana OR application form can be downloaded from website of SMBBMU, www.smbbmu.edu.pk. After paying challan at sindh bank, the receipt and complete application form should be submitted at the Directorate of Postgraduate Studies, SMBBMU @ CMC Larkana.
• There shall be entry test for selection of candidates for FCPS-II in those disciplines, in which the application exceed the numbers of available seats
• Venue & Time For Entry Test: / Part-I MD/ MS Shall be announced With Admit Cards.
• Only those candidates who qualify written entry test / Part-I MD/MS shall be called for interview. Selection shall be on the basis of merit against availability of number of seats. The decision of Postgraduate Committee in interview shall be final.
• No TA/DA shall be paid to the candidates, for appearing in entry test / part-I MD/MS interview.
• Postgraduate Directorate reserves the right of any modification in the schedule/courses (due to unavoidable circumstances).
• All those employed in Government Service / Semi Government / Autonomous Bodies or other University of the country should apply through proper channel otherwise their applications will not be entertained, however they can send advance copy with relevant documents.
• The Postgraduate selection committee reserves the rights to cancel any admission. However, the candidates shall have their rights to appeal with competent Authority within a per period of 02 weeks.

• The candidates who wish to take FCPS-II training, should apply on prescribed form before closing date.
• No application for start of fresh training shall be entertained after interview.
• The option of type of course and unit / supervisor once given in interview shall be final and shall not be changed after interview and the mutual change of unit shall not be allowed after final selection in interview.
